PHOTO BOOTH HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS – AUSTRALIAN WEDDING SHOP
Payments
Prices are subject to change – please check the current rates published on our website before booking.
Payment of any part of the invoice means an agreement to the Terms & Conditions.
A $250 deposit is necessary to secure the event time and date. Until such time that a deposit is received, the date cannot be confirmed.
The full amount of the hire must be paid to Australian Wedding Shop at least 14 days before the event, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
If booked within 7 days of the event, a non-refundable full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking.
A travel surcharge will apply to events outside of Perth metro area.
Additional time required will be charged at $250.00 per hour.
Cancellation
Cancellation within 7 days after the booking is made will entitle the hirer to a full refund of the deposit.
A 14 day notice is required on changes to the time and date of the event. A date change is subject to availability.
Space and Power Requirements
Minimum space required to set-up the Photo Booth is 3m x 3m x 3m.
Access to 240v power.
Privacy
Australian Wedding Shop may collect certain personal information about you. Such information will include both identifiable personal data and non-identifiable personal information. Identifiable information are normally collected and recorded when you use the Australian Wedding Shop’s website for a transaction or a subscription service. Non-identifiable information is automatically gathered when you visit the website.
Australian Wedding Shop respects your privacy. All information provided to us is treated in a confidential manner. We undertake not to divulge or sell your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
Hiring, delivery and service
Delivery, set up and removal of the Photo Booth are free of charge within the Perth Metro area. A travel surcharge will apply to events outside of Perth metro area.
Delivery, set up and break down of the Photo Booth will be outside the rental period.
A trained Photo Booth attendant will be with the Photo Booth at all times to ensure smooth running.
Use of images
The hirer may give permission for photos taken during the event to be used by Australian Wedding Shop for promotional materials and advertising. Should this permission is not granted; Australian Wedding Shop will destroy copies of the images in their possession within 14 days of the event.
Indemnification
We will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, Internet outage or interruption of service, communication outage, failure by a service provided to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.
The hirer agrees that in all circumstances, the liability of Australian Wedding Shop is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost. Australian Wedding Shop will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
An equipment fault that may arise during the event will be rectified as soon as possible. However, if the outage will exceed 30 minutes or more, Australian Wedding Shop will refund your booking fee on a pro rata rate.
Miscellaneous
The Photo Booth attendants may stop the usage of the Photo Booth at any time during the event if they feel that the Photo Booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product.
