Please note however, that this commitment does not extend to personalised products.

For all personalised items, Australian Wedding Shop commits to a delivery timeframe of 21 working days.

If we are unable to fulfill these commitments, we will contact you within 48 hours from when your order is received.  We will inform you of the situation and we will give you a clear indication of when you will likely to receive your order.
