AUSTRALIAN ADDRESSES
Postage to addresses Australia wide is FREE for purchases $300 and over via standard courier post or standard Australia Post service. Purchases less than $100 attracts a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00.

We do ship to all other countries - please contact us to request a quote!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Of course there is a Guarantee / Return Policy with all Products Purchased!
PRODUCT RECEIVED WAS CORRECT BUT NOT HAPPY WITH IT - WOULD LIKE A REFUND
Australian Wedding Shop aims for your complete satisfaction at all times. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product that you received, you are welcome to return the products to us and we will refund you the full amount of the purchase but please note the following procedures and conditions:
- Please email us within 72 hours and let us know of your intention.
- Organise the return of the goods within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Return the full order as invoiced.
- The goods must be received in the same condition as it was sent.
- You will be responsible for the postage/shipping charges.
- Send the goods with all documentation that was sent to you to:

Once received, we will inspect the items and verify its condition. We will then email you to inform you of its arrival and we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours of receiving the goods. As long as all conditions are met, you can expect the refund in your nominated account within 3 working days from the date that we receive the returned goods.
PRODUCT RECEIVED WAS CORRECT BUT NOT HAPPY WITH IT - WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE WITH ANOTHER PRODUCT
This scenario will follow the same conditions/procedures as above. Once we have issued you the refund, you can then place an order for the product that you like.
PRODUCT RECEIVED WAS INCORRECT
If we have sent you the wrong product, please let us know immediately. We will organise the correct product to be sent to you within 48 hours of you notifying us. We will then arrange pick up of the wrong product once we have dispatched the correct product.
PRODUCT RECEIVED WAS BROKEN/DAMAGED
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We will organise replacement within 48 hours from receiving notification from you.
PRODUCT ORDERED WAS INCORRECT
If you ordered the wrong product and did not realised it until you received the product, you can return the product to us. You will be responsible for the shipping/postage cost and we will apply the procedures/conditions outlined in scenario 1. Once we have finalised the refund, you can then proceed and order the correct product.
UNUSED ITEMS - ALL ITEMS WERE NOT USED FOR WHATEVER REASON
Unused items can be returned up to 6 MONTHS from when you made the payment for your order. However, we will only accept the full quantity of the order being returned. For example, if you purchased 100 place card holders and decided not to use them, you can return all 100 place card holders to us. If you ended up using 50 pieces only and is left with another 50 pieces, we will not be able to take back the remaining 50 pieces.
